This online questionnaire measures and assesses the dynamics and the performance level of your team.

It comprises 35 questions relating to the behaviour of your team members.
V. Your answers to these questions indicate how frequently your team endorses these behaviours between “never” and “always”. Your answers remain confidential at all times and are only used to consolidate the results of the questionnaires of the team as a whole.

The assessment report that will be sent to your manager after processing draws up the current situation in which your team operates and provides practical ways of improvement.

Instructions for completing the questionnaire

This is not a test, there is no right or wrong answer, and your first impression will probably be the best.

Make sure to find the right time and spot for you to complete the questionnaire spontaneously and without being disturbed, away from any sort of distraction. It should only take about 20 minutes.
It is however possible for you to take a break and further complete the questionnaire afterwards. The questionnaire will automatically resume from where you left it.

Complete the questionnaire by responding according to the instructions given above each set of questions.

After each set of questions, you will have to click on "Next" to proceed to the next screen and to another set of questions.
Once you have answered a question, you cannot go back. So please pay attention.
